Honoring Implementation Differences

When we find ourselves unconsciously discounting the way others are implementing their creativity it usually indicates that we do not understand our

own creative nature. This course deepens our appreciation of how to honor ourselves and others by examining our history of creative engagement. What we discover are ways we may be unconsciously discounting our true creative strategies. This allows us to recover our ability to choose each moment our Pacing, Decision-making Approach, Communication Process, Defense Style, internal Goals, Modes of activity and intellectual Attitudes to others around us.

The key benefit of the Honoring Implementation Differences course is to deepen our ability to understand ourselves and others. The more we learn how to appreciate differences rather than unconsciously discount or deny them, the more we will develop and honor our creative expressions. By seeing and respecting these seven compatibility factors we will be able to engage others easily and effortlessly, facilitating our ability to get things done. Instead of being frustrated when others distance us, we will be able to recognize when compatibility differences or uncomfortable similarities are in the way of productive, creatively empowered relationships.
