Discovering our unity in fun and unusual ways is the central theme of Higher Alignment playshops. Music, games and artistic projects provide environmental stimuli that engage all of our senses. The playshops support going beyond external (and intellectual) conditioning to discover our own inner wisdom and truth. All playshops are $95. Classes start at 9:45AM and proceed to 4:00PM. Please bring something to snack on for lunch.

Cooperative Decision Making
Clarify the type of connection you have with others so that the decisions you make with them easy, effective and in alignment. This playshop will demonstrate that different levels of connection automatically precipitate different decision-making processes. Most misunderstandings arise when our desires and motivations are not in alignment. Learn how to read the situation and know what framework to apply to get the best results. We will cover pacing and the differences between convergent and divergent decision-making styles. At the end of the day you will know what to watch out for and what to embrace with others to create a more cooperative environment.
