Discovering our unity in fun and unusual ways is the central theme of Higher Alignment playshops. Music, games and artistic projects provide environmental stimuli that engage all of our senses. The playshops support going beyond external (and intellectual) conditioning to discover our own inner wisdom and truth. All playshops are $95. Classes start at 9:45AM and proceed to 4:00PM. Please bring something to snack on for lunch. We cannot truly ever give or teach something to someone that we are unwilling to accept or own as part of our own nature. Variations of the principle of sovereign autonomy show up when we discover that a lack of personal boundaries can sabotage others around us as well as ourselves. Higher Alignment is demonstrated when we operate from clear boundaries. This encourages others to honor their own self in the process. Clarifying personal boundaries allows everyone to breathe easier. Since boundaries are a healthy alternative to defenses, clear communication comes down to how effectively we can distinguish the seven types of natural boundaries.
