Owning Our Experience — Enhancing Pleasure, Power and Passion Conscious energetic responsiveness is the key issue in expanding our relationship possibilities. Until we know how to honor our experience, we remain at the effect of it. Authentic Life Expression — (Led by Michael Catalano) Free Intro night Tuesday, August 26st. 7-9 pm, home of Larry Byram in Lafayette ALE support us in embodying our creative identity, clarifying which contributions serve us as well as others. It provides practice for working with constituents to build co-creative solutions. This course is a collaborative process that emphasizes real-world teambuilding, expressed by having group-led and facilitator-led evenings. Tuition: $250 Class Dates: Tuesdays - with Facilitator: September 9th, 23rd, October 7th, 21st, November 4th, and 18th. Personal Group meetings without Facilitator: September 16th, 30th, October 14th, 28th, November 11th.
Enlightened Dating — (Larry Byram and Laura Conley) Free Intro night Wednesday, Sept. 3rd, 7-9 pm, home of Sara Wilson (Cherry Creek) Can you now recognize the problems of your past relationships? Skill Building on the Intuitive Level — Developing Energetic Awareness Free Intro evening Thursday, Sept. 4th with Karen Thorson DC & Lauren J. Hammer This is an overview class that addresses psychic skills where we use Common Neutral Ground to enhance reading others. We focus energy through the prism of awareness. I. Free Introductory NightsWe invite you to expand your awareness about the meaning, power and possibilities of enlightened relationships. The Introductory Nights clarify distinctions between your creative nature and its subsequent expression in your relationships. You learn where you are in the process of owning your creative power around yourself and others, and discuss where you want to be in the future. The primary material for each night is presented in an initial 45-minute lecture, and then the remainder of the evening is dedicated to participant questions. No Prerequisites

The purpose of this class is to provide an introduction to and an
overview of Higher Alignment. It is a prerequisite to all future classes
(Motives, Enlightened Sexuality, Skills, Defensive Healing, and more).
Higher Alignment:
Higher Alignment (HA) is a systematic way of understanding relationship dynamics. HA identifies 14 key compatibility factors, 12 motives, and 12 skills that determine how we connect and communicate with others. Our goal is to maximize our creative _expression, enabling us to authentically connect with others. In HA, what we discuss applies to all of your relationships - friends, family, co-workers, etc. Higher Alignment founder, Larry Byram, is a professional researcher who, 20 years ago, became intrigued by what makes some relationships work, while others are stagnant, and yet others crash and burn. After several years of systematic research with over 700 couples, he succeeded in isolating 14 variables that help us to understand everything from pacing to communication to decision-making processes.

III. Foundation Series
The Foundation Series defines the nature of enlightened relationships and provides a vocabulary about the various places or conditions in which we find ourselves. It frames discussions that allow us to make our own choices about the appropriateness of Spiritual Partnerships for us. Suggestions are made about how to test these concepts in action. Additionally, weekly reports about successes and failures while practicing the principles bring depth to these courses. All foundation series are $345 for 12 evenings. No drop-ins are permitted. For some classes, participants must have completed the last three nights of the Roadmap series and it is recommended that “The Insider’s Guide to Enlightened Relationships” be purchased to enroll in the course. Check individual requirements for requirements / pre-requisites. Reading assignments will be announced on the first night of class.
IV. Playshops
Discovering our unity in fun and unusual ways is the central theme of Higher Alignment playshops. Music, games and artistic projects provide environmental stimuli that engage all of our senses. The playshops support going beyond external (and intellectual) conditioning to discover our own inner wisdom and truth. All playshops are $95. Classes start at 9:45 AM and proceed to 4:00 PM. A buffet lunch is provided.
Immersion in each selected topic permits us to heal and discover our natural capacity to solve our own problems in relationships. The open-ended format invites in-depth conversations not possible in the Playshop, Intro and Foundation Series. During weekend workshops we focus our attention and narrow the scope so we can see what is happening at a core level. This design allows us to make breakthroughs in how we operate in relationships. Each weekend deepens our understanding—not only of the topic covered, but how it interrelates with other aspects of our lives. All workshops are $195 two weeks in advance, $250 one week in advance. No drop-ins are permitted. Due to the in-depth nature of this process, we require a minimum attendance of 20 participants, or the class will be rescheduled. The first day begins promptly at 9:45 PM. and ends at 5 PM. The second day begins at 10:30 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. Participants must have completed the last three nights of the Roadmap series and purchased “The Insider’s Guide to Enlightened Relationships” to enroll in the course. Reading material will be sent upon enrollment.
When we accept that our defenses have severely limited reliable perceptions, that they interfere with our own creative ability, and that our consciousness and ability to be present are compromised by their operation, then we are usually ready to transform our lives through defensive healing. The Defensive Healing Series completes the cycle of the "Enlightened Relationship" process by showing you how to transform this pain about relationships into joyful creative expressions. The processes for all three courses involve letting go of attachments and comfortable fallback positions. Each of the three defensive styles has its own custom healing process, but the result is the same: we learn to balance and express our inner masculine and feminine under all circumstances without becoming polarized by the demands and desires of others.
