Policy on
Cancellations, Advance Payment Discounts & Repeating Classes

There are no refunds of
money for any class where a participant withdraws. Individuals can
repeat missed classes in future presentations with advanced notification
to the organization.

If ISP cancels a class,
playshop, or workshop, all payment will be returned. Our policy is
to hold all checks, credit card orders or cash until we are certain we
have reached our minimum attendance level.

To earn early payment
discounts, items must be postmarked by the date required.

You may transfer a
payment to another class if you notify us within seven (7) days prior to
the start date of the class. With less than seven days notice,
deposits may not be transferred or refunded.

Foundation classes are to
be taken in full, not night by night. The full amount needs to be
paid in advance unless previous post-dated check arrangements have been
made. There are no drop-ins.

There is a 10% discount
per person for couples who take classes together.

By notifying ISP seven
(7) days in advance, classes may be repeated at 50% of full price.
